
Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette
an "Apple a Day" original
Ingredients:
3/4 c. balsamic vinegar
2 TBSP honey, preferably dark
juice of one lemon
2/3 c. extra-virgin olive oil
salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
Directions:
1. Combine first three ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. While whisking, stream in olive oil. Add salt and pepper, taste. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

I know, what is with the spelling of vinaigrette, seriously? I have to look it up every time I type it. This one looks great - I like balsamic vinaigrettes, and I can imagine that honey is a great compliment to the vinegar.
